v1.32.02

This release introduces enhancements across several notebooks, including expanded export and bucket functionality in the abstract and event modules, and improved web profile image uploads. Key updates also include improvements to events with additional options for applying programs, adding speakers, and handling substitutions.

v1.32.01

The update adds features like the ability to delete saved Power Queries, an updated Duplicate Event interface, and a 'Print Invoice' button at checkout. It also has small user experience improvements to the Email Blasts, and event registration form. Bug fixes address payment issues and change log updates.

v1.32.00

This version introduces "Dues/Subs/Dons" tabs in both the Committee and Chapter Notebooks to conveniently display subscription records linked to those entities. From the Product List and Notebook you can now adjust the product price when adding to the cart. Other updates include new columns like "Event Description" in the Events tab of the Individual Notebook and a new display type in the Web Profiles tab of the Event Notebook. Additionally, HTML editors now offer a maximize tool for a larger editing window.

v1.31.07

This release brings valuable updates to enhance usability and efficiency. Reference Tables now support column filtering, enabling users to quickly narrow down data by applying specific criteria. The Email Blast Interface includes a new "Test Email" button, allowing users to send test messages to preview content before full blasts. Test emails replicate actual messages, including attachments and CCs, and are available for standard blasts from the individual list and notebook. In the Notebook Editor, "large number" formatting is now available for numeric fields, to allow display values with thousands separators (e.g., 1,000,000) for improved readability.

This release introduces new features like Event Web Profiles for flexible customization of event pages and a Manage Reference Data utility that allows non-admin users to manage certain data tables. A new Timesheet Manager enhances tracking of staff activities. Updates include enhanced intercompany logic in the Cart/Checkout Interface, new extended properties for companies, and improvements to list management across donations, memberships, and subscriptions. Additionally, several UI and performance enhancements address email attachments, invoice fields, and general system usability.

This release introduces new features like bulk sending of "Pay Now" emails and a "Terminate Committee" function that brings convenience and automation to the process of closing a committee. Additionally, there are updates to the Email Editor with a new setting to disable AI features, enhanced export options for committees, and improvements to invoice management settings.

v1.31.04

Recent updates include changes to the checkout interface to align cart behavior with CV desktop when the BILLALLTOORG setting is enabled, ensuring billing to the individual's organization if applicable. The Find Duplicates Interface has been revamped, now called "Manage Data for Individuals" and "Manage Data for Organizations," with new filters and renamed options for better data management. In the Chapter Notebook, a "Contact ID" field and a "Search Individuals" button have been added for easier chapter contact assignment. The Country reference table now includes "REGIONCD" and "REGIONCUSTOM" fields for specifying country regions. Additionally, a bug fix in the "Assign Recipients" interface ensures cancelled recipients are removed from lists and counts during the dues flowthrough process.

The "Pay Now" links feature allows users to send secure payment links via email for easier invoice processing. We've also made significant usability enhancements to the email blast interface, including a read-only template preview. Additionally, we've updated the HTML editor to enhance functionality and security.

The Email Template Editor now offers a better user experience and new functionalities, while legacy templates will be editable until June 1, 2024. Enhanced Documentation provides a redesigned interface with improved navigation and search capabilities. Updates include new filters and columns in the Dues/Sub/Don List, configurable required fields logic in the Dues Transaction Notebook, and the addition of a CC Additional Addresses field in the Email Blast Interface. Improvements to the Event Floorplan Builder and Event Notebook enhance usability and functionality, while bug fixes address issues such as incorrect field types and export failures.

The enhanced function comments feature allows users to collect information through text input, dropdowns, or checkboxes, with customization options for each event function. Integration with corresponding CV Web releases is required, potentially involving billable configuration work. Users can now manage function comment selections during event registration and view/edit them for existing registrations. Other updates encompass additional columns in various interfaces like Committee Lists and Notebooks, enhancements to the Email Blast and Committee interfaces, new fields in the Event Notebook, usability improvements in the Power Query Interface, updates to reference tables, and bug fixes addressing issues such as validation errors and display problems in multi-select fields.
