Added "Send QuickLetter to Current List" activity button. Users may filter the list and then send to the filtered list recipients. Users may additionally elect to update the Abstract Status for filtered list recipients after the email is sent.

This feature requires CVTM service v1.9.8.4 as well as the sp_GetAbstractParticipantsWithDocumentNum script update included with that version. Added "Add a Shipping Fee" activity button below shipping address selection. This option will appear when the cart contains a fulfillable item or invoice and no shipping fee line item already exists in the shopping cart. Allows users to select a shipping option from the Shipping Types reference table and add it to the cart with the desired pricing.

Added "Email Confirmation" section below the address information section. This allows users to determine on a per-transaction basis whether to send an email confirmation to the cart owner and any individuals involved in the transaction. A custom subject line for the confirmation can be configured.

By default, CV Online will not have the "Send email" checkboxes selected. The default values for these can be updated by configuring the CHECKOUT_PARAMS CVO setting which previously existed to allow clients to configure checkout email confirmation settings that would be used universally for all transactions. If that setting exists, CV Online will treat the SENDEMAIL and SENDINDEMAIL flags as the default state for the "Send email confirmation to cart owner" and "Send email confirmation to individuals" checkboxes respectively. Additionally the EMAILSUBJECT and EMAILREPLYFORM will determine the default values for the subject line and email template.

Added new CVO setting: CHECKOUT_EMAIL_OPTS. This defines an array of available email templates that can be selected for use when processing a transaction. For example, clients might wish to have specialized templates for product orders, event orders, downloadable content orders, etc. If more than one email template is defined, users can make a selection of which to use during checkout.

Updated default email confirmation template to latest version from CV Web 5
- Clients with custom email confirmation templates based on the previous format may continue to use them, the appropriate template overrides will be configured in their portal.

Added support for MagneFlex tDynamo card reader in Android and iOS. Use CVO setting CHECKOUT_PMT_SWIPE_READER = DYNAMO6 to enable tDynamo card scanning (default value is iDYNAMO for backwards compatibility with legacy iDynamo reader in iOS).

tDynamo reader does not allow magnetic stripe swiping and requires cards to be inserted into the chip reader to process transactions.

When adding a master certification with a linked product for a non-member with a standard price that's greater than $0 or for a member with a member price that's greater than $0, the default values will automatically be applied during checkout.

When adding a master certification with a linked product for a non-member with a standard price that's equal to $0 or for a member with a member price that's equal to $0, the default values will automatically be applied upon clicking yes to the "Add this certification?" prompt.

When adding a master certification without a linked product code when the MASTERCERT_PRODUCT_REQ CVO setting is turned off, the default values will be applied when the add certification modal is shown. The modal has been expanded to include more fields so that users can override some of the default values in this case.
