The addition of a "Surveys" dropdown in the Award Notebook, enhancing accessibility to survey-related data. In the Chapter Notebook, improvements such as displaying the full chapter name and adding GPA and Points columns contribute to better organization management, particularly with the MULTICHAPTER setting enabled. Additionally, enhancements to the Customer Notebook, Dues/Sub/Don Notebook, and Dropdowns offer increased functionality and efficiency. Bug fixes address issues related to report subscriptions, booth notebook loading, and tool selection, ensuring smoother user experiences. These updates collectively enhance usability and streamline operations within ClearVantage.

Updates

  • Award Notebook

    • Added a "Surveys" dropdown activity button with options to view the survey notebook or response charts for the Data Collection Survey and Award Review Survey that are linked to an award
  • Chapter Notebook

    • The tab title will now show the full chapter name

    • The following changes will apply when the MULTICHAPTER CV System Setting is set to Y:

      • Added "GPA" and "Points" columns to the Active Members, Lapsed Members, and New Members tabs

      • Added "Add Record", "Edit Record", and "Delete Record" buttons to the Active Members tab

  • Chapter History Notebook

    • Added layout editor, accessible via the gear icon

    • Added support for field label overrides in CUSTOMFIELDLABELS using OBJECTNAME = FRMINDCHAPTER

    • Added "Maximum Quantity" as an available field

  • Customer Notebook

    • Added "Generate Next Number" button to the available fields bank. This can be added to the notebook along with the CUSTOMERALTCD and be used to generate the next CUSTOMERALTCD value based on the previous values in the database.

    • Added "GPA" and "Points" columns to the Chapters tab

  • Dues/Sub/Don Notebook

    • Added "Renewed?" to the available fields bank
  • Dropdowns

    • Changed all CHAPTERCD dropdowns to be filterable by CHAPTERCD or CHAPTERNAME when typing a value
  • Email Batch Manager

    • A message saying that "Email preview is not available for auto emails" will now be displayed when attempting to preview an auto email instead of showing the empty preview modal.
  • Master Certification Notebook

    • Added "Inactive Date" and "Invoice ##" as well as a "View Invoice" button to the available fields bank.
  • Organization List

    • Merge Duplicates

      • When merging duplicate organizations, fields from the ORG_MORE table (More UDEF tab) are now available for review and selection in the merge interface.  
  • People List

    • Merge Duplicates

      • When merging duplicate individuals, fields from the CUSTOMER_MORE table (More UDEF tab) are now available for review and selection in the merge interface.  
  • Product Notebook

    • Removed the Accounting tab and "Edit Accounting" activity button

    • Added the following fields to the available fields bank: "Current Qty", "Sold Qty", "Cancelled Qty", "Vendor", "Auto Supplement", "Accounting CD", and "Item Tax CD"

    • Added "Edit Accounting CD" and "Edit Item Tax CD" buttons to the available fields bank

  • Reference Tables

    • Added "Ledger Reference Intercompany Setup" reference table (ACCT_COMPANYMAP).
  • User Interface

    • Added message to prompt user to check out what's new in the latest release after version update.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed bug where reports subscribed to a group would not flow through properly for users that belong to the group. Group reports will now appear in the report menu, list, or notebook for group members as intended.

  • Fixed bug where the booth notebook would load indefinitely after opening.

  • Fixed bug where checking "Use Pro Tool" in the Manage Floorplan option would still open the browser editor instead of the pro tool.
