The new list editor feature allows users to tailor displayed columns, column order, and titles across most notebook history tabs, providing increased flexibility in data presentation. Furthermore, the Master Certification List now includes a power query capability, empowering users to define query settings accessible in CV Online. Updates across modules such as the Campaign Notebook, Individual List, and Organization List offer additional layout customization options and improved filter defaults. Bug fixes address various issues, including errors in reference table editing and sorting problems on the committee member list, ensuring smoother operation and more accurate data handling within the ClearVantage platform.

New Features

  • List Editor

    • The list editor is now available on most notebook history tabs to allow users to customize the displayed columns, column order, locked column, and column titles using the same interface and options that are available for primary lists.

      • To access the list editor from a history tab, use the "List Settings" button located below the list in the paging toolbar.

      • Note that some lists are used in multiple contexts and any configuration applied to the list will apply to each context. For example, if layout changes are made to the documents tab on the individual notebook, that layout will also appear on the organization notebook documents tab.

  • Master Certification List

    • Added power query to the list interface. Any defined query settings for this list will flow into CV Online and be available to users there, along with the ability to save and restore query criteria.

      • The discount code can now be selected in the grid using the mouse cursor for copying and pasting

    • Updated "Comp Functions" language to "Include Functions" and clarified the functionality with a tooltip.

      • Moved "Dues Count" before "Progress" and added "Paid Count", "Cancelled Count", "Batch Total", and "Paid Total"

    • Added "License Date 1" and "License Date 2" fields to export interface.

  • Organization Notebook

    • Dues/Subs/Dons Tab

      • Added DUES_DEFAULT_ALL CV Online setting. When this setting is present and set to "Y", the default filter for this history tab will be "All" instead of "Current"

  • Payments List

    • Added Bill Period to the quick find

  • Payment Notebook

    • On the "Invoices Applied To" list, users may now click the invoice number to open the invoice notebook.

  • Process for Accounting

    • Renamed the "Unposted Transactions" grid to "Unposted Transactions by Date Created"

    • Added a new "Unposted Transactions by Bill Period" grid

  • Registration Notebook

    • Added "Updated On" and "Updated By" fields to default layout.

  • Survey Notebook

    • A warning will no longer be shown when viewing inactive award surveys (surveys that are linked in AWARDREF.DATA_COLLECTION_SURVEY or AWARDREF.AWARD_REVIEW_SURVEY).

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where attempting to edit a value with an apostrophe in the Committee Positions (JOBTITLEREF) reference table would cause an error.

  • Fixed issue where in some scenarios, user-defined multiselect combo boxes would not populate with values.

  • Fixed issue where sorting by certain columns on the committee member list would cause the grid to become blank.

  • Fixed issue where power query "Show Match Count" functionality would return incorrect counts in environments with MMC filtering enabled.

  • Fixed issue where organization hierarchy chart via "View Organization Chart" on organization notebook Sub-Organizations tab would sometimes appear jumbled.

  • Fixed issue where "This registration has been canceled" message would always show when changing price type on a registration, regardless of actual cancel state for the registration record.
