Users now have access to system reports directly from the Action Item Notebook, and the Campaign Notebook's Appeals Tab displays status descriptions instead of numbers for clarity. Customizable web profile tabs are introduced in the Certification Notebook, allowing users to personalize tab names. Updates to the Export for Accounting feature ensure that generated CSV files include unique identifiers to prevent overwriting previous exports. The Organization Notebook's Documents history tab now offers the option to display documents for individuals and subsidiaries, and staff can customize the layout of the "Find a Person" modal for linking contacts. Additionally, the Reporting Service is integrated into CV Online, eliminating the need for a separate web portal, and bug fixes address issues such as instability in Firefox when generating PDF reports and inaccuracies in the Action Items home screen gadget.

  • Action Item Notebook

    • Added a Reports button to enable users to access system reports for this entity type

      • Specifically, reports with the "List/Notebook Report" access type and the "Action Item Notebook Reports" access location will flow through to the Reports menu button for subscribed users

    • Added "Event Trainer" as a possible Transaction Type (LINKTYPECD) value

  • Campaign Notebook

    • Appeals Tab

      • The Status column has been updated to show the status description instead of the status number

  • Certification Notebook

    • Added two web profile tabs. The default names for the tabs are "Note 1" and "Note 2" but the tab names can be customized using the NOTEBOOK_CERT_NOTE1_LBL and NOTEBOOK_CERT_NOTE2_LBL CVO system settings.

  • Export for Accounting

    • Updated the name of the generated CSV file so contain the GL_TRANSACTIONLOG.EXPORTRUNNUM value as well as a time stamp to prevent new exports from overwriting previous exports in the same folder

  • Individual List

    • Added LONGSALUTATION to the list of exportable fields

  • Organization Notebook

    • Updated "Documents" history tab: added option to display documents for individuals and subsidiary individuals

    • Updated "Find a Person" modal for linking contacts: Staff can now customize the layout of the result list using the list editor via the "List Settings" button. This layout will apply to all individual lookup modals across the application.

  • Reporting Service

    • CV Online has been updated to natively include the reporting service. CVO instances can point to a specific reporting service instance via the new REPORTSERVER and REPORTSERVERPORT web configurations in the [CVTRANSMGR] section, and a separate web portal on the /cvreports website is no longer necessary.

      • The USE_REPORTSERVICE_REMOTE CVO setting may be configured to optionally continue use of a remote reporting server instance.

    • The report ID and description are now displayed on the parameter form to make it easier to differentiate between reports with similar names and so that instruction text can be provided to assist with providing parameters.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where generating a PDF report via a parameter from would cause the CVO UI to become unstable in Firefox

  • Fixed an issue where "Mark Step Complete" button on action item notebook would erroneously increase the sequence numbering of remaining steps in the action route, and not mark LISTMEMBERS.ACTIONSTEPCOMPLETEFLG = Y upon marking the final step complete

  • Fixed issue where Action Items home screen gadget would display information for routed action items differently than CV Desktop in some situations
