Users now have access to system reports directly from the Action Item Notebook, and the Campaign Notebook's Appeals Tab displays status descriptions instead of numbers for clarity. Customizable web profile tabs are introduced in the Certification Notebook, allowing users to personalize tab names. Updates to the Export for Accounting feature ensure that generated CSV files include unique identifiers to prevent overwriting previous exports. The Organization Notebook's Documents history tab now offers the option to display documents for individuals and subsidiaries, and staff can customize the layout of the "Find a Person" modal for linking contacts. Additionally, the Reporting Service is integrated into CV Online, eliminating the need for a separate web portal, and bug fixes address issues such as instability in Firefox when generating PDF reports and inaccuracies in the Action Items home screen gadget.

Reporting Service

CV Online has been updated to natively include the reporting service. CVO instances can point to a specific reporting service instance via the new REPORTSERVER and REPORTSERVERPORT web configurations in the [CVTRANSMGR] section, and a separate web portal on the /cvreports website is no longer necessary.
- The USE_REPORTSERVICE_REMOTE CVO setting may be configured to optionally continue use of a remote reporting server instance.

The report ID and description are now displayed on the parameter form to make it easier to differentiate between reports with similar names and so that instruction text can be provided to assist with providing parameters.
