Help Points and Tooltips throughout the application. Help Points, denoted by a light bulb icon, provide access to available help resources, including internal documentation. Tooltips, indicated by an "I" info icon, offer tips adjacent to form fields, with the option for users to add their own tips. Updates include the addition of "Save Bucket to List" functionality in the Bucket Interface, enhanced table view hyperlinks for documents in Dashboards, and updated activity button labels in the Event Notebook. Bug fixes address issues such as formatting errors in committee member names, malfunctioning inline activity buttons, and inconsistencies in updating item pricing on invoices.

New Features

  • Integrated Documentation and Help Resources

    • Help Points

      • Help Points (indicated by a light bulb icon) are now available throughout the application. Click on help points to view available help resources for the active interface.

      • When viewing any help point, click "Search All Help Resource" to view the Help Browser utility and quickly filter all available help resources by title and description.

      • ClearVantage users can add their organization's own internal documentation and guides into the CV integrated documentation system. Search the Help Browser for "Adding Custom Documentation" for full details.

    • Tooltips

      • Tooltips (indicated by a small "I" info icon) are now available adjacent to form fields throughout the application. Euclid baseline tooltips have been provided for some fields, and your organization's staff users can add their own tips directly in the app.

      • Click on a tooltip icon to view the tip contents and hover near the right side of any field label to reveal the "+" icon to add your own tooltips.

      • Tip owners can make changes to their tips at any time, while role administrators and system administrators can make changes to any tip.

  • Bucket Interface

    • Added "Save Bucket to List" to the "List Actions" dropdown, allowing the user to save the bucket contents directly to a shared list.

  • Committee Notebook

    • Members Tab

      • Added "Email" column (EMAIL) to available fields in list editor

  • Dashboards

    • Added table view hyperlinks for documents:

      • To generate a document link, use any of the following column titles:

        • "DocLink", "Doclink", "Doc Link", "View Document"

      • The data value in the column should indicate the document number, or the document number with "|DL" appended to generate a download link rather than a link that opens the document notebook. Examples:

        • 123

        • 123|DL

  • Event Notebook

    • Updated "Edit Web Profile 2" and "Edit Web Profile 3" activity button labels to "Edit Hotel Info" and "Edit Sponsor Info" respectively to better reflect their baseline use case

    • Clients utilizing these web profiles for a different purpose on their web forms or internally can update the labels as normal using the notebook editor

  • Main Toolbar

    • The toolbar autohide state will now persist even after the user logs out or refreshes

  • Individual List

    • Added support for COMMA in the FULLNAMEFIELDS CV system setting to allow for additional formatting options in the Name column (for example, to do "Last Name, First Name" a setting value of "LASTNAME,COMMA,FIRSTNAME" could be used). Note: This works in CVO and CVPro only and is not backwards compatible with CV Desktop.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed bug where committee member CUSTOMERNAME values were incorrectly in "First Last" format instead of "Last, First" when adding an individual to a committee via the "Add to Committee" activity button on the individual notebook.

  • Fixed bug where "Search Subscriptions" inline activity button on the Campaign notebook would not open the modal search interface.

  • Fixed bug where records in the "Ledger/Item CD Map" reference table could not be updated in some scenarios.

  • Fixed bug where updating item pricing on an unpaid invoice would cause the invoice balance due to revert to NULL.
