In the Certification, Chapter, Committee, and Event Notebooks, new features like the ability to add buckets, email chapter officers, and manage floorplans with added functionalities have been introduced. Additionally, improvements include adding new fields to lists and notebooks, such as join and term dates for chapters and organizations, and sponsor details in committee member history. Bug fixes address issues like cosmetic problems in the interface's theme and duplicates in event booth lists.

  • Certification List

    • Added altceu1qty and altceu2qty as available fields in the list editor.

  • Certification Notebook

    • Added altceu1qty and altceu2qty to the available fields bank.

  • Chapter Notebook

    • Activity Buttons

      • Added an "Add Bucket" activity button to allow users to add individuals from the bucket as members of the chapter. This button is only available when the MULTICHAPTER system setting is set to N and supports setting the chapter as the individuals' primary chapter or alt chapter.

    • Officers Tab

      • Added an "Email Officers" activity button to allow users to send an email blast to chapter officers.

    • Active Members Tab

      • When the MULTICHAPTER system setting is set to N:

        • The list has been updated to include individuals who have the chapter set as their primary chapter or their alternate chapter (as opposed to just their primary chapter).

        • Added "Join Date" and "Term. Date" to the baseline list layout.

        • Added an "Add Bucket to Chapter Committee" activity button to allow users to add individuals from the bucket to one of the committees that is linked to the chapter (via committee.chaptercd).

    • Lapsed Members Tab

      • When the MULTICHAPTER system setting is set to N, the list has been updated to include individuals who have the chapter set as their primary chapter or their alternate chapter (as opposed to just their primary chapter).

      • When the MULTICHAPTER system setting is set to N, the list has been updated to include individuals who have the chapter set as their primary chapter or their alternate chapter (as opposed to just their primary chapter).

    • Committees Tab

      • Added new tab, available for configuration in the notebook editor (hidden by default). Lists all of the committees that are linked to the chapter (via committee.chaptercd).

      • Activity Buttons

        • “Add Committee” allows users to add a new committee linked to the chapter.

        • “Attach Committee” allows users to select an existing committee (not already linked to any chapter) to link to the chapter.

  • Committee List

    • Added "Chapter" as an available field in the list editor.

  • Committee Notebook

    • Added "Chapter" to the available fields bank.

  • Committee Member History List

    • Added "Sponsor Type", "Sponsor CD", and "Sponsor Name" to the baseline list layout.

  • Committee Member History Notebook

    • Added "Sponsor Type", "Sponsor CD", and "Sponsor Name" to the baseline notebook layout.

  • Event Notebook

    • Booths Tab

      • Added "Delete Floorplan" button. Note: Only floorplans without invoiced booths can be deleted.

    • Manage Floorplan Editor

      • Updated user interface for the floorplan editor, moving tools to new tool panel on the right

      • Added the ability to edit the position of a booth directly by typing in the X and Y values

      • Added the ability to edit the dimensions of one or more booths at once by selecting them and entering the desired width and height

      • Added the ability to add one or more booths directly from the floorplan editor

      • Added the ability to restore booths that are not currently shown on the floorplan

    • View Created Dues

      • Added the following columns to the baseline layout: "Member Type", "Member Name", "Member ID".

      • Added a link to the "Payee ID" column to open the individual/organization notebook for the payee.

      • Relabeled the SUBSCRIPTIONNAME column from "Name" to "Dues Type".

  • Organization Notebook

    • Added "Join Date" and "Term. Date" to the baseline list layout.

  • Survey Notebook

    • Export Results Interface

      • Added "Response Date" field to available fields for export. Returns the last update date of each survey response in the export, generally the date the response was submitted.

  • Table Views

    • Added support for registration notebook links in table views. The following field names can be used to create a registration notebook link column: "RegNum", "REGNUM", "AssignedSessionCD", "ASSIGNEDSESSIONCD", "RegCD", "REGCD", "ConfNum", "CONFNUM"

Bug Fixes

  • Updated certain interfaces to resolve cosmetic issues in the new theme

  • Fixed bug where power query fields were sometimes cut off on smaller screen sizes.

  • Fixed bug where event booth list could display duplicate records when more than one floorplan is present.
