This version introduces "Dues/Subs/Dons" tabs in both the Committee and Chapter Notebooks to conveniently display subscription records linked to those entities. From the Product List and Notebook you can now adjust the product price when adding to the cart. Other updates include new columns like "Event Description" in the Events tab of the Individual Notebook and a new display type in the Web Profiles tab of the Event Notebook. Additionally, HTML editors now offer a maximize tool for a larger editing window.

  • Self-check-in Enhancements
    • ClearVantage has been updated to offer enhanced capabilities in conjunction with our new Self-check-in application. These include the ability to send check-in QR code emails from the event registration list, as well as enter scanning mode from the event notebook to read codes and quickly retrieve registrant info during an event.

  • Appeal Notebook

    • Added the "Description" field.

  • Chapter Notebook

    • Added a new "Dues/Subs/Dons" tab that will show subscription records that are tied to the chapter.

  • Committee Notebook

    • Added a new "Dues/Subs/Dons" tab that will show subscription records that are tied to the committee.

  • Dues Notebook

    • Added filtering to the "Appeal CD" field to filter values that are tied to the campaign selected in the "Campaign CD" field.

  • Event Notebook

    • Added a new display type for the "Web Profiles" tab. The new ICS display type is used to add more information to the calendar ICS file that is available on the web for attendees to download.
    • Added a new filter option to the "Registrations" tab. Event attendees may now be filtered by "Status - Paid & Active" to easily filter down the list to show paid and non-cancelled registrations.

  • HTML Editors

    • A maximize tool has been added to the editor toolbar to maximize the editor into a larger window.

  • Individual Notebook

    • Added the column "Event Description" to the "Events" list.

  • Product List and Notebook

    • Renamed the activity button "Add to Cart (qty)" to "Add to Cart (adv)", and updated the functionality of the activity button to add the ability to set the price for the product being added to the cart. A new setting, PREVENT_PRICE_ADJ_FOR_ROLES, has been added to remove the permission to edit the price for specific roles or for all users.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where the value in "Webuser ID" could not be cleared when updating the individual notebook.
  • Fixed scrolling issue present in the floorplan editor.
  • Fixed spacing issue in Email Blast emails.
  • Fixed EZPay decline count calculation where some declined payments were marked as paid and not being considered in the calculation.
