Job Board Setup

CVO System Settings control if Job Board menu options are available.

Job Board Posting Options can be edited under Administration Edit Job Options.
- This is where the price can be updated or new offerings can be added.
Note
Public Facing Web Forms are configured and managed by the Euclid Web Analyst.
Creating a Job Listing

From the main menu select Services > Job Board

Click the Purchase Posting button.

Click on the line of the Job Board Option to use (Do not click on the blue name link, just the line of the option).

Click the Purchase Posting button.

From the pop-up, choose if this will be purchased on behalf of an Individual or Organization

Search for the name of the purchaser. (If an Organization, they must have a primary contact configured).

Choose to check out from the pop-up prompt.

Complete the purchase process. From the Order Complete page, click the Edit Job Posting Details button.

This will load the page needed to enter the options for the job posting itself. Review the fields that are pre-filled and make any updates as needed. Add information on the Job Details and click the Save button.

The applications tab allows you to review any applications that have been submitted through the job board.

Job Postings can be revisited by going to the Main Menu and selecting Services > Job Board. From here you can click on the number under the Job # column in order to load the existing postings.
Purchasing a Job Listing in CVO
In order to set up a job listing, you must first purchase it on behalf of the individual or organization placing the listing.

Select "Membership" and then either "Individuals" or "Organizations" (depending on the type you are purchasing a listing for).

Search for the purchaser, select them, and then click "Work With" from the right-hand Activities panel.

Once selected, go to the listing by clicking "Services," and selecting "Job Board." From here, you can look for existing postings, edit postings, view postings on the web.

Click "Purchase Posting" from the right-hand Activities panel.

From the display of available types of postings, click on the type to purchase and click "Purchase Posting" from the right-hand Activities panel.

The listing will be added to your cart. Continue to select any additional listings to purchase. Click "Check Out" to complete the purchase.

From the Check Out page, review the items in the cart, confirm the shipping and billing addresses, and complete the payment information section. Select "Invoice" to create an accounts receivable record. Then click "Create Invoice" from the bottom right.

Once created, you can view the new invoice or select to Edit the Job Posting Details.
Completing Application Details
Once the listing has been purchased, you can locate and complete the application details from Job Board Listings page, or complete immediately after purchasing from the Order Complete screen. Search for your listing, and click on the Job # to open the listing’s notebook.

Complete the Job Details section.

Complete the Job Description section by clicking Edit Description. This area is where you can provide a write up of the position and include details that are not defined in the Job Details section.
This opens an HTML editor for your content. When you are finished, click Save from the bottom right-hand corner.

Click Profile to return the Job Listing main page.

Complete the Job Contact Details section. This section contains the staff person who serves as the point-of-contact for any questions related to the listing.

Click Save to finalize the job listing.
Viewing the Listing
In order to view the job posting as it will appear to potential applicants, open the Job Listing page.

From the main menu, select Services > Job Board.

Click on the line of the job posting you wish to view (do not click on any of the blue links).

From the Activities section, click the View Posting on Web button.
